Orders ship within 1–2 business days to the contiguous U.S. and typically arrive in 3–7 business days, with tracking details provided once your order leaves our warehouse. While delivery times may vary due to weather or carrier delays, we do our best to keep things smooth and transparent. If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging, with customers responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once returns are received, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
