Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with BMP America. Below is our Shipping Policy, which applies to all orders placed through our official Magic Carpet® website.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states only).

• At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

• Standard ground shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may extend delivery.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. If applicable, these will be clearly displayed on our site.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and ensuring a safe delivery location.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

• BMP America is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

• If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

• If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

7. Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Split Shipments

• In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.

9. Wholesale Shipments

• All wholesale shipments are FOB Medina, NY.

• The retailer is responsible for scheduling their own freight.

• Freight is not included in the quoted wholesale price unless specifically advised.
